Who holds your details
DRACEA is responsible for the information collected here. Contact the dinner organisers about anything on this page.
Batva is the ticketing partner for this dinner and provides this booking system. It does not use your details for its own marketing, and this page is not covered by Batva’s own product privacy policy.
What we collect, and why
| Name, email, phone | To confirm your booking, send your tickets and contact you if the dinner changes. |
| Guest names | Printed on each ticket so the right person is admitted. |
| Veg / non-veg | Given to the venue as a headcount only — a number of each, not a list of names. |
| Ship number, batch | Optional. Only to help the organisers identify members. |
| Payment reference | To match your payment to your booking. |
| Check-in time | Recorded when your ticket is scanned at the door, so one ticket cannot be used twice. |
We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Those go straight to the payment provider and never reach this site.
Who else sees it
Only the services needed to run the dinner:
| Razorpay | Takes the payment. |
| Resend | Sends your ticket email. |
| Render, Neon | Run the website and store its database. |
| The venue | Receives a headcount and the veg / non-veg split. |
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for anyone’s advertising.
How long we keep it
Booking and guest details are deleted within 90 days of the dinner, apart from the minimum the organisers need to keep for their own accounts — the amount paid and the payment reference, with no meal preference, ship number or batch attached.
What you can ask for
You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. You can also withdraw your consent, though we cannot issue or honour a ticket without the details on it.
Contact the dinner organisers and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie it uses is a short-lived one on the entrance scanner, so door staff stay signed in during the event.
